Cancellation/transfer policy
We understand that occasions arise that may require customers to cancel or change their booking(s)/purchased products due to unforeseen circumstances. We try to be flexible in our approach in addressing any changes or cancellations where appropriate. Please send us an email contact@therecovery360.org.uk f you need to make any amends to your booking (s)/ purchases.
Substitutions:
Customers wishing to swap a registered delegate may do so up to the commencement of the course without penalty.
Transfers:
We are happy to transfer any bookings or purchases to alternative trainings/ services (subject to availability) but this will incur a £10 administration charge which must be paid in advance. If more than 10 working days’ notice is given, no admission fee will be applied in regard to training bookings. Unfortunately, we do not offer transfer on our digital books
Cancellations (Trainings and Projects)
Cancellations received at least 3 working days in advance of training bookings will not incur any charge and a full refund of any monies paid will be made.
Cancellations received in less than 3 working days will incur a 50% charge of the cost for the specific training. No show will be liable for 100% of the training fee.
Cancellation of course or project by The Recovery 360
Whilst every effort is made to avoid any changes to scheduled trainings and programme, The Recovery 360 reserves the right to change or cancel a course at any time for reasons including (but not limited to), minimum course participants not being reached, venue or trainer availability, weather, natural disaster.
Notification will be given to delegates as soon as a decision is made to cancel a course, we aim to give at least 3-5 working days’ notice where possible. Delegates will be offered places on alternative courses or given a full refund for any payment made.
The Recovery 360 is not liable for any direct or indirect expenses that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a courses/programmes, including (but not limited to) cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodation.
